As founder and managing director of CFO + Accounting Outsourcing Solutions LLC, Sam has over 30 years of progressive experience serving businesses in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., metropolitan areas that range in size from $5 million to over $1 billion in revenues. For over 25 years Sam has specialized in serving not-for-profit national membership organizations, foundations, colleges and universities, national and international advocacy and educational organizations, and national research organizations, including those receiving federal funding for domestic and international programs from all the major federal agencies including DHHS, USAID, Department of Education, and NSF. Sam has also served businesses in construction, banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and state and local governments.

Sam’s executive leadership includes roles as CFO, controller, and business advisor to international and national entities where he successfully focused on streamlining organizational procedures for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, expanded products or services for increased revenues, streamlined costs, and enhanced operations so that the organizations could better achieve their charted short and long-term goals and strategies. Sam has served mature organizations, growth companies, and start-ups.
